South Milwaukee Lions Needs Your Help With Lionsfest

Hello South Milwaukee Organizations,

The South Milwaukee Lions Club is seeking organizations in South Milwaukee to volunteer to help us make our 2024 Lionsfest a memorable one. Service organizations everywhere are struggling to secure volunteers for events, and our club is no different.

Just think about something your group would really like to do or purchase, your volunteer hours can help your group accomplish that.

For those of you who have not participated in the past, this is how your group can fundraise through our event.

When volunteering we will track your group’s hours; based on those volunteer hours the Lions will make a monetary donation to your organization after the festival.

Many of the tasks are routine like lifting, carrying, serving, prepping, and set up, all of which should be accomplished with safety in mind. We will provide an onsite safety brief and require appropriate clothes/footwear for volunteers. Whether you have experience or not, we ask that everyone work safely.

When signing up you will need to: choose your signup time, provide your name, email, phone number and what organization you are volunteering for.  Once you complete your signup the signup genius will alert me that you have signed up to volunteer and you will also receive an email confirmation regarding your volunteer hours you signed up for. Note that a couple of days prior to your signup time, you will receive a reminder email.

Your group will need a point person to contact me so I have the appropriate information to make a donation to your group.
